Introducing lip balm case that tiny flower bloomed.
There is a flower on the bottom, and you can see a small flower when you use it.
The body of lip balm case is crocheted by shell stitch.
I use #30 lace yarn which is India zakka lace at Keito zakka stores with 2.00mm crochet hook.

Little amount of ‘India zakka Lace’ or other lace/light fingering yarn
2.00mm crochet hook
sl st =slip stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc=half double crochet
dc = double crochet
Special stitch instruction:
petal = [1sc,1hdc,2dc,1hdc,1sc] in sc through front loop only
shell = [2dc, 1ch, 2dc]
Worked in continuous round, DO NOT turn at end of a round.
Number in ( ) at end tells you the number of stitches in the round.

Round1 : in magic ring, ch1(do not count as sc), 6sc in ring, join with sl st in beginning sc. (6sc)
Round2-1 : ch1(do not count as sc), make 6petal.
put hook into front loop only, then [1sc, 1hdc, 2dc, 1hdc, 1sc], repeat 6times, do not sl st at the end of round.
Round2-2 : when you turn over the flower, you see 6 loop.
These loops are back loop of sc on first round.
Put hook into back loop of first round sc, 2sc in each, sl st in beginning sc to join. (12sc)
Round3 : ch1(do not count as sc), [2sc in next sc, 1sc in next sc] repeat around, join with sl st in beginning sc. (18sc)
Round4 : ch1(do not count as sc), [1sc in next sc, skip 2sc, 1shell, skip 2sc] repeat around, join with sl st in beginning sc. (3shell)
Round5 : ch3(count as dc), 1dc in sc below, skip 2dc, 1sc in ch1 sp, [skip 2dc, 1shell in next sc, skip 2dc, 1sc in ch1 sp] repeat twice, 2dc in same sc as beginning dc, finish with sc(count as ch1 sp) in top of ch3.
Round6: ch1(do not count as sc), [1sc in ch1 sp, skip 2dc, 1shell in next sc, skip 2dc] repeat around, join with sl st in beginning sc.
Round7-12: repeat round5 and round6.
Round13: repeat round5.
Fasten off, weave in ends.
