Instruction:
Worked in continuous round, DO NOT turn at the end of each turn.
Ch45, sl st in first ch to form ring.
Round1: ch3(count as dc), dc in next 3ch, ch2, skip next 2ch, 1dc in next ch, ch2, skip next 2ch, [dc in next 4ch, ch2, skip next 2ch, 1dc in next ch, ch2, skip next 2ch] repeat around, join with sl st in top of ch3.
Round2: ch3(count as dc), ch2, skip next 2dc, 1dc in next dc, ch2, skip next 2ch, [1dc in next dc, 2dc in next ch2 sp, 1dc in next dc, ch2, skip next 2dc, 1dc in next dc, ch2, skip next 2ch] repeat around, 1dc in next dc, 2dc in next ch2 sp, join with sl st in top of ch3.
Round3: ch3(count as dc), ch2, skip next 2ch, 1dc in next dc, 2dc in next ch2 sp, 1dc in next dc, ch2, skip next 2dc, [1dc in next dc, ch2, skip next 2ch, 1dc in next dc, 2dc in next ch2 sp, 1dc in next dc, ch2, skip next 2dc] repeat around, join with sl st in top of ch3.

Round5-68: repeat round2-4.
Fasten off with 30-40cm yarn end, sew beginning ch and round68 together with yarn end to make tube, leaving a little hole.
Pull in elastic and sew the ends together. Close the little hole.
